Since the earliest times acupuncture and Chinese herbs have been used to help with womens' reproductive issues.  In modern times acupuncture is used to increase a women's chance of getting pregnant whether she is using natural methods or utilizing assisted reproduction.  One study done in Germany showed that when acupuncture was used with assisted reproduction  the success rate increased almost 50%.
Another study looked at several studies and showed similar results.
